Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed within 1–2 business days (Mon-Fri, exclude Philippine public holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped on the next working day.
2. Shipping Rate & Free Shipping
Metro Manila:Flat shipping fee ₱120; Free standard shipping over ₱1500
Provincial Luzon, Visayas & Mindanao:Flat fee ₱210; Free standard shipping over ₱2500
We only provide standard cross-border shipping nationwide in the Philippines. No express delivery temporarily.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Metro Manila:7–10 business days after dispatch
Provincial areas:10–15 business days after dispatch
Delay may occur due to customs inspection, bad weather, remote area logistics backlog, which is out of our control.
4. Customs Duty & VAT
Goods valued below PHP10,000 enjoy duty-free import per Philippine customs de minimis rule; orders over PHP10,000 need to pay import tariff + 12% Philippine VAT regulated by BOC (Bureau of Customs).
All customs duties, VAT and clearance fees shall be fully borne by buyers; our store will not cover any unexpected customs cost during customs release.
Buyer must submit full correct recipient name, complete address and valid contact number for smooth clearance.
5. Shipment Tracking
Tracking number will be sent to buyer’s registered email once parcel departs warehouse; customers can check logistics status online anytime.
6. Undeliverable & Returned Package
Packages returned caused by wrong address, invalid phone or recipient refusing pickup: all return freight cost is at buyer’s expense.
Abandoned parcels detained by customs over 90 days will be discarded per local customs regulation without compensation.
7. Prohibited Goods
We follow Philippine import restriction rules; prohibited items cannot be shipped, related orders will be canceled and only product payment refunded without shipping fee reimbursement.
